Affiliations

The staff at Cinco Energy Services is very active in the local and national land community.

All of our Project Managers and the majority of our landmen are members of the AAPL, as well as their local affiliates in Houston (HAPL), Denver (DAPL), and Pittsburgh (MLBC-AAPL).

• Mr. Nichols is a past President of the HAPL, as well as a past Treasurer of the AAPL. He has also served on the AAPL Certification Committee, Field Landman Committee, and is currently the Chairman of the Technology Committee. In 2006, he was the recipient of the prestigious HAPL Landman of the Year Award.  In 2012 he was named one of TIPRO's (Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association) Best Landmen.
• Mike Gibson is on the Board of Directors for HAPL. He is also the former and current Chairman of the annual HAPL Skeet Shoot Committee, an event for which several of our staff members volunteer.  In 2012 he became the 3rd Vice President of HAPL.
• In 2010, Cinco Energy Services was honored as Company of the Year by the HAPL.
