Community
We believe that we have a responsibility to serve our communities.
At Cinco Energy Services, we realize how fortunate we are and we encourage all employees to give back to their professional and civic communities as leaders and volunteers.
Spotlight On: Mentors
Many of our employees are mentors to students at the Spring Woods Middle and High Schools in Houston, Texas. Mentors meet with their students once a week to eat, talk, do homework, or just hang out.

mentee Michael
As parents, we do the best we can, but sometimes we're too close. It's invaluable for a kid to have an adult in his life that he can turn to that's not a parent or a teacher; I'm there as a friend and confidant. For the past three years I haven't been mentoring him, he's been mentoring me! I feel lucky just to have a relationship with him.
Randy Nichols, CPL, PresidentAs a young girl, I had a mentor ready and available for me to open up to. Being a mentor, I am learning a lot about how to guide and relate to my student as I watch her grow. She is such a precious gift, and I look forward to the years to come.
Shauna Green, Land AssociateI love kids, and the kids that we mentor just need some encouragement and guidance. I want my mentee to know that there's something else out there to strive for, other than just getting by and getting out of high school.
